Sauna Warranty Coverage

10-Year Limited Warranty: On the main structure and cabinetry of our indoor and outdoor saunas, safeguarding against defects in materials and workmanship.
5-Year Limited Warranty: On all heating elements, including traditional stoves and infrared emitters.
2-Year Limited Warranty: On control panels, electrical components, and audio systems.

Hot Tub & Swim Spa Warranty Coverage

10-Year Limited Warranty: On the shell structure, guaranteeing it will not leak.
7-Year Limited Warranty: On the acrylic shell surface, protecting against blistering, cracking, or delaminating.
3-Year Limited Warranty: On major components, including pumps, heaters, and control systems.
1-Year Limited Warranty: On plumbing, jets, and LED lighting systems.

Ice Bath & Plunge Pool Warranty Coverage

5-Year Limited Warranty: On the tub structure and body, protecting against leaks and structural failure.
2-Year Limited Warranty: On the chilling/heating unit, pump, and all electronic components.

General Terms & Conditions

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects that occur during normal residential use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, commercial use, or acts of nature. Your Spa Garden's obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component at our discretion. To make a warranty claim, please contact our client services team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
