Our commitment is to the complete satisfaction of our clients. If for any reason you are not entirely content with your purchase, we provide a straightforward returns process for your peace of mind.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that the item be returned in its original product packaging. Should the return be a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

Initiating a Return

To begin the returns process, please contact our client services team via our Contact Us page, quoting your order number. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorisation.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our facility, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited to your original method of payment. Exchange Policy

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for your preferred selection. This ensures the fastest and most efficient process for receiving your new product.

Please note that custom-made or bespoke items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. This will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
