Our Delivery Partners

We have cultivated relationships with the United Kingdom's most reliable couriers to handle your orders with the utmost professionalism.

• Large Items (Saunas, Hot Tubs, Pools): For these significant installations, we utilise a specialised two-person delivery and logistics team to ensure a "white-glove" service, including placement and debris removal.
• Medium & Small Items: Accessories and smaller wellness products are dispatched via trusted networks such as DPD and Royal Mail, known for their secure and timely service.

Complimentary Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders exceeding £1,000. For orders under this threshold, a nominal delivery charge will be calculated at checkout based on the item's size and weight.

Estimated Delivery Timescales

• In-Stock Large Items: Typically 7-14 business days. Our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date for installation.
• Bespoke & Custom Orders: Please allow 6-8 weeks. A more precise timeline will be provided upon order confirmation.
• Accessories & Smaller Goods: 2-4 business days.
